- You reserve the right to withdraw any prior consent granted to Us concerning the use of Your information. Additionally, you may request the Platform to delete or erase Your data. The right to withdraw consent encompasses any consent previously provided for specific purposes such as the use, storage, or sharing of Your information with third parties, including Lending Partners, as well as consent to be contacted by Us. Upon receipt of Your request, we will delete the information supplied by You unless there are legal obligations requiring retention of such data.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to retain Your information for the following purposes:
- To comply with applicable legal requirements.
- To enforce Our legal rights.
- To provide information to regulatory authorities investigating potential fraud or illegal activities.
Furthermore, if Your application for a loan or credit card facility was submitted to a Lending Partner for processing, or if You have availed any such facilities from Our Lending Partners, the Lending Partner shall retain the right to continue processing Your information for the purpose of contacting You regarding Your application or until the credit facility has been fully repaid, including any applicable interest and dues, and for such period as permitted under applicable law. The Lending Partner may also request Us to retain Your information in cases where services related to its credit products—such as debt collection—are outsourced to Us, in which case We will retain Your data accordingly.
- Procedure for Withdrawing Consent: To withdraw Your consent, you may visit the withdraw Consent provided or contact Us via email at info@finplex.in. Your request will be addressed promptly, and appropriate measures will be taken to honor Your decision.
- Upon receipt of Your withdrawal request, your credit-related information will be permanently deleted. After the data purge, you will be notified of the deletion on the Platform.
- We are committed to respecting the trust You place in Us. We will continue to handle Your consent with transparency, respect, and diligence.
ESCALATION MATRIX Turnaround Time (TAT): All consent withdrawal requests will be acknowledged within 2 working days from the date of receipt. The processing of the request will be completed within 7 working days from the date of receipt unless exceptional circumstances arise.
